Refund & Order Cancellation Policy
You have up to an hour to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please send us an email.
The reason for this is due to the nature of the products, which require almost all parts to be ordered. Therefore, refunds will not be accepted.
If a product arrives damaged, please take a video of the product as well as the packaging and send it to us via email. We may provide warranty service.
If a product 'somehow' breaks or stops working, please send us an email detailing the issues. We can either advise you on how to fix it or we can fix it ourselves.
